1. Same Day Dispatch Policy

- Cut-off Time: All confirmed orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Mon-Sat) are processed and dispatched on the Same Day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays/Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next working business day.
2. Delivery Timelines Across India
Standard estimated delivery timeframe across India is 3 to 5 business days depending on your location, tier city, and courier coverage.
3. Shipping Rates & Charges
Shipping fees are calculated transparently based on shipment weight and delivery location during checkout:
- Final shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed in your order summary before making payment.
- Special promotional orders or bulk B2B purchases may qualify for free express shipping.
4. Courier Partners & Order Tracking
We partner with India's leading logistics providers (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Express Couriers) for safe transit.
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email to monitor your parcel in real time.
5. Damaged Outer Packaging Notice
